Vacancy Details

Engineer Trainee (ET) – 150 Posts

BHEL is recruiting Engineer Trainees in the following disciplines:

  • Mechanical – 70
  • Electrical – 25
  • Civil – 25
  • Electronics – 20
  • Chemical – 5
  • Metallurgy – 5

Supervisor Trainee (ST) – 250 Posts

Diploma holders can apply for Supervisor Trainee roles in:

  • Mechanical – 140
  • Electrical – 55
  • Civil – 35
  • Electronics – 20

Eligibility Criteria

For Engineer Trainee (ET):

  • Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech. or M.Tech. in relevant disciplines.
  • Age Limit: 27 years (relaxable for reserved categories).

For Supervisor Trainee (ST):

  • Qualification: Diploma in Engineering in relevant fields with at least 65% marks (60% for SC/ST).
  • Age Limit: 27 years.

Selection Process

For Engineer Trainees:

  1. Computer-Based Exam (CBE) – 75% weightage
  2. Interview – 25% weightage

For Supervisor Trainees:

  1. Stage 1 – Computer-Based Exam (CBE)
  2. Stage 2 – Document Verification

Salary & Benefits

For Engineer Trainees:

  • Training Salary: ₹50,000 per month
  • After Training: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 per month
  • Total CTC: ₹12 lakh per annum

For Supervisor Trainees:

  • Training Salary: ₹32,000 per month
  • After Training: ₹33,500 – ₹1,20,000 per month
  • Total CTC: ₹7.5 lakh per annum

  • Exam Dates: 11th – 13th April 2025

  • General/OBC/EWS: ₹1,072 (₹600 Exam Fee + ₹400 Processing Fee + GST)
