Event Details

  • Dates: 29 January 2025 to 06 February 2025
  • Venue: Maharaja’s College Ground, PT Usha Road, Shenoys, Ernakulam, Kochi, Kerala
  • Eligibility: Candidates from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and UTs of Puducherry and Lakshadweep.

Eligibility Criteria

Age & Marital Status:

  • For 10+2 Candidates: Unmarried, born between 03 July 2004 and 03 July 2008.
  • For Diploma/B.Sc (Pharmacy) Candidates:
    • Unmarried: Born between 03 July 2001 and 03 July 2006.
    • Married: Born between 03 July 2001 and 03 July 2004.

Educational Qualifications:

10+2 Candidates: Must have passed with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, scoring a minimum of 50% in aggregate and in English.

Diploma/B.Sc (Pharmacy): Requires 50% aggregate marks in the respective qualifications and valid registration with the Pharmacy Council.

Medical Standards:

  • Minimum height: 152 cm
  • Weight: Proportionate to height and age
  • Vision: Correctable to 6/6

Selection Process

The selection will include:

  1. Physical Fitness Test (PFT):
    • 1.6 km run within the stipulated time.
    • 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, and 20 squats.
  2. Written Test: Objective-type questions covering English and Reasoning & General Awareness.
  3. Adaptability Test-II: To assess candidates’ suitability for military life.
  4. Medical Examination: Comprehensive health evaluation conducted by the IAF medical team.

Training and Benefits

Selected candidates will undergo Joint Basic Phase Training (JBPT), followed by specialized trade training. Trainees receive a monthly stipend of ₹14,600, with post-training gross emoluments starting at ₹26,900. Additional perks include accommodation, medical facilities, education allowances, and leave benefits.
